Highlights
“Quechua-speaking producer Honorio Quispe grows this mix lot of Bourbon and Geisha at 1,950m in Valle Inambari, Sandia, Puno. With 25 years in coffee and sustainable farming alongside his wife and children, he selects only ripe cherries, hand-sorts them, and dries them for about 15 days. The result is a soft, sweet, floral cup that works for everyday drinking.”
