“Carlos Jaramillo runs Finca Llavicocha in the Saraguro area of Loja, southern Ecuador, where he leads a network of more than 60 coffee farms. The area produced the winning farm at Ecuador's first COE in 2021. His farm sits at 2,200m and grows Geisha and Tipica Mejorado at the highest point of the region, with mineral-rich soil and water from a nearby waterfall. This is the second year Aoma has worked with Carlos's coffee.”
