“Alejandro Variente is the fourth generation of his family to grow coffee in Metapan, El Salvador, and today also runs the exporter Cafenor, which classifies smallholders' lots by quality to secure traceability and fair pay. His Finca Anarquia grows Pacas, Bourbon, Typica and Pacamara, each finished with its own processing method. This washed Typica is a light roast from the farm's 2026 harvest.”
