The coffee comes through La Tribu A.C., a Chiapas NGO that aggregates four cooperatives and 827 producers across six municipalities — 45% of them women — for traceability; farms average 1,500 to 1,800 m and grow organically under shade. Bourbon, Typica and Caturra, washed, 84 points, roasted medium-plus short of surface oils.”
