“This is our first time working with coffee from William Dias who, at just 16 years old, planted a one hectare plot he received from his father with Pacas and Bourbon seeds gifted to him by his neighbors. Now, alongside his son, he has expanded the farm to 7 hectares in total and grows Pacamara and Gesha as well. This natural processed lot, exported by the fully carbon-neutral mill CafeNor, is a lovely expression of the highly cherished characteristics of the Pacamara variety.”
