“La Joya is a six hectare farm in the Huehuetenango region owned and managed by husband and wife Rudy and Floridalma Castillo. Rudy inherited part of his family's farm in 1996 and began cultivating coffee. Currently, the Castillos are improving processes at the farm, doing soil analysis and making harvest and post-harvest practices even better.”
