“La Colina is a plot of land Antonio Medina inherited from his father in Antigua, Guatemala. Tony planted the first coffee trees in 1991 and has steadily increased production and quality, growing predominantly Caturra and Bourbon while introducing rare varieties like Pacamara and Gesha. This coffee offers flavors of red berries and tropical fruit with a creamy, brown sugar sweetness.”
