“Amauta's espresso-roast sibling to the filter Asafa Malawo: the same washed 74158 from smallholder parcels around the Malawo washing station in Arbegona, Sidama, grown near 2,200 metres and linked to Daye Bensa, the exporter founded by brothers Assefa and Mulugeta Dukamo. The green is developed further for espresso and moka, where the Spanish tasting description - notas a Mandarina, Melocoton y cítricos como la Bergamota - reads as mandarin sweetness, ripe peach and a bergamot lift on the finish.”
