Highlights
“A Honduran washed lot of Parainema and Obatá, the varieties printed on the box label, roasted by Amauta for espresso and moka. Parainema is the rust-resistant Honduran selection that has spread through the country's specialty farms, and Obatá is a Brazilian-derived cultivar grown alongside it. Note on provenance: the product page's tasting prose and History block were carried over from Amauta's separate Josefina Friberta lot at los-naranjales (Chiapas, Mexico), which is still live as its own product, so the page's Mexican farm details, altitude and 'Typica, Bourbon' variety list do not describe this coffee; the box label and storefront title are the source for country, variety and process here.”
