“Chan (Sirivich Sirichokwattanakul) is a second-generation coffee farmer from Ban Mae Chan Tai in Mae Suai, Chiang Rai, and a co-founder of the Josado brand. He designs his garden around the landscape, mixing coffee with other crops rather than clearing the hillside. For this lot he picked only fully ripe yellow cherries and dried them as a natural, keeping fermentation short and the sorting meticulous. The cup stays clean and perfumed - rose apple, monk fruit, rose and pink guava - and is roasted light to protect the aromatics.”
