“Wilder Lazo planted Finca Bella Alejandria in Huila, Colombia with pure Geisha genetics at 2,100 masl, selecting mother trees from his family farm La Dinastia by cupping them one by one for jasmine and lemongrass. This fully washed lot was fermented for 36 hours under his 'Pure Genetics' protocol, right after a batch of lemongrass co-ferment, and picked up a faint lemongrass character. Airworks Coffee arranged the release with H&S Coffee Roasters, which roasts it for their exclusive collaboration.”
