“This is an Airworks x Big Sur exclusive release: half of the lot goes to Big Sur's Chinese market and half to Airworks. Big Sur is based in Shanghai and roasts ultralight on a Loring, with a fruit-forward profile that is less delicate than many ultralight roasters. Carol at Big Sur picked the lot herself, a washed Geisha from La Pomarosa grown at 1,980 metres by a producer who took first place at the 2025 Cup of Excellence; her own notes are floral, citrus, mandarin and stone fruits.”
