“Finagro Estate grows this Tanzania AA in the Karatu District on the outer slopes of the Ngorongoro caldera, where volcanic loam and 1,600-1,800 metre elevations build concentrated sweetness. After a short fermentation in cherry the coffee is depulped, fermented 36 to 72 hours, shade dried for three days and finished in full sun. Roasted medium-light as an espresso, it opens with ripe peach and vanilla, sweetens into citrus acidity and settles on a gentle black tea finish.”
