“A small lot from Bener Meriah in Sumatra, wet-hulled and then co-fermented with lychee, with a further lychee extract infusion during processing. 49th Parallel roasts it light for filter. Lychee drives the cup, with honey sweetness and rose aromatics around it, citrus zest bringing brightness and subtle tea and cocoa notes adding depth to a rounded, medium-bodied profile. It is the more overtly fruit-forward half of their co-fermented Sumatra pair.”
