Reason to try:
- From the 2024 World Brewers Cup Champion, Martin Woelfl
- Fast extraction, looking for clean coffee
Preparation :
- Dripper: Orea v4 with fast bottom
- Coffee: Geisha from Panama, Farm Don Benji, Lost origin process (similar to the one used in the competition)
- Grind size, 490 microns, 21-25clicks on Comandante C40
- Needling tool to open up the top of the ground coffee before pouring
Notes:
- For more intensity of the flavors, increase the temperature to 95°C, For less flavors you can drop the temperature
- This recipe works perfectly also for wash, anaerobic Naturals or natural coffees

Pour 60ml, Top up to 120 ml.
