- Coffee: Ethiopian washed from Ilabbor region, grown at 2,000-2,100m elevation.
- Grind: Coarse, similar to French press.
- Recipe Variation: Can be used with hot water (40-60ml) for a hot beverage.
- Adjustment: Stir or swirl more for a more intense flavor.
- Objective: Increase sweetness and body, balance acidity as ice melts.

Add 90g of water for blooming.

Add the remaining 90g of water, focusing on the outside of the coffee bed.

Close Switch and pour coffee back to Switch

Pour the coffee back into the switch.

Transfer the dripper on to another carafe with about 120-145g ice
Open the switch and swirl for 5 seconds.
