Tips & Preparation
Reason to try:
- Good travel brewer, affordable, and has accessibility features like measuring markings.
- All components except the top plunger are dishwasher safe.
- Diluted coffee feel less nuance & flavor that pour over method.
Perpetration:
- Grind size: fine, between espresso and pour over, closer to espresso.
Variations:
- Hot: 20g coffee, 160ml water, 2 minutes brew time, dilute 1:2 or 1:3.
- Cold: 40g coffee, 160ml water, 5 minutes brew time, 130ml dilute water with ice.
Recipe Steps
Add 40g of fine ground coffee to the coffee chamber, level, and tamp.

Assemble the brewer and add 160ml of water at 90.6°C (90.6°C).
Wait for 5 minutes.

Slowly plunge until all water has passed through the upper chamber, don’t push further
Pour the concentrate to a cup of ice.
Dilute with 130ml water.
