Tips & Preparation
- Use V60 #2 with V60 filters #2
- Use a burr grinder, scale, timer, filtered water, and stirring device
- Bring filtered water to a boil, then let it cool for 45-60 seconds to reach 93.3-96.1°C (93.3-96.1°C)
- Rinse paper filter to remove paper flavor
- Grind 22 grams of whole bean coffee to a medium-fine setting
- Settle the coffee for an even bed
Recipe Steps

Pour 40-50 grams of water and stir vigorously to saturate all coffee grounds.

Allow 20 seconds for de-gas.

Start pouring slowly into the center, keeping the water line not far above the coffee line, until you reach 360 grams of water.

Do a last stir to get the grounds off the side. Total contact time should be 2:20 to 2:30.
