Steaming espresso with ice water
- Brew a double espresso and skim the crema.
- Fill pitcher with 85g of ice and 65g of water. Use a shorter ratio of espresso to water if fine, especially when pouring over ice to account for dilution.
- Steam for 10-15 seconds, avoiding excessive warmth.
- Pour into a chilled glass or over ice.
