Tips & Preparation
- Grind coffee at 28 clicks on a Comandante c40 grinder.
- Heat water to 93 degrees Celsius.
- Place ground coffee in a filter in the Origami Dripper.
- The total brewing time should be between 2:30 and 2:50, depending on the coffee.
Recipe Steps

Pour 50g of water over the coffee grounds and let it sit for 30 seconds.

Pour another 60g of water over the coffee grounds, for a total of 110g.

Pour another 60g of water over the coffee, for a total of 170g.
1:40
Pour another 60g of water over the coffee, for a total of 230g.
Allow the coffee to continue dripping until it has finished brewing.

Total brew time.
