Tips & Preparation
Recipe for a sweet and vibrant iced coffee using a double brew method.
Background: * This recipe uses coffee to brew coffee, resulting in increased sweetness and strength. * Very forgiven recipe, suite for Ethiopia or Kenya coffee.
Preparation: * Grind coffee finer than usual for pour-over to increase strength. * Water temperature around 90°C (forgiving range: 88-92°C). * Ice: 120-145g
Variations/Adjustments: * For higher acidity, grind coarser and reduce agitation. * For more body and sweetness, grind finer and increase agitation; dilute with water if too strong. * Works well with bright coffees like washed Ethiopia or Kenya.
