Recipe Notes:
- Coffee: Bolivia Taypiplaya Washed
- Dripper: Ceramic UFO dripper (80° incline angle, shorter grind bed, faster penetration, slower extraction)
- Grind: Coarser than normal pourover
- Bloom Water Temperature: 70°C
- Brew Water Temperature: 94°C
- Bloom: 50-55g water to saturate grounds
- Subsequent pours: 50ml every 30 seconds
- Goal: Balance between quick and slow extraction to highlight sweetness
- Roasting Adjustment: Longer development time with more heat to enhance sweetness
