Tips & Preparation
- Developed by barista Mishima
- Can use cone-shaped or Kalita Wave filter
- Cone-shaped filter for blends (fuller body)
- Kalita Wave filter for single origins (bright acidity)
- For fruity light roast, add ice before brewing
- Grind to a medium setting (FELLOW Ode #6.1)
- Rinse paper filter with hot water and discard
Recipe Steps

Pour 40g of water within 10 seconds using a spiral pour beginning in the center moving outward.

Pour an additional 50g of water within 10 seconds.

Add the final 50g of water and wait for the coffee to drip through completely.

Add 150g of ice to the coffee in the server.

Stir well until the coffee has cooled completely. Total Brew Time: 1:45 ~ 2:00
