Tips & Preparation
- No necessary bloom for 3 weeks+ coffee
- No bloom also could led to bitterness.
- Best result found on light roasted Ethiopian
Notes:
- Single controlled 1 minute pour.
- Use Origami or any con shaped berewer with V60 filter
- 20 grams of medium finely ground coffee
- Need a stir stick
- Stir after pouring
- Total brew time around 2 minutes
Variation:

Adding a 30-second bloom increased cup profile with more sweetness and less bitterness.

Recipe Steps

Start timer and begin pouring in a slow pace from the center, circling outwards until fully submerged, ensuring all coffee is wet.
First drop should be in 10-15s.

Finish pour in 1 min, Then give it a stir.
2:00
Let it drain, should wrap up around 2 minutes.
