27g room temperature water

47g boiling water

18g in, ~54g out, 1:3 ratio.

Grind 18g of light roasted coffee medium to medium fine (3.5 or 35 clicks on ZP6).
2 pour structure:
- Add 27g room temperature water (important for soaking without CO2 release).
- Add 47g boiling water to start percolation.
Recipe Steps
Grind 18g of light roasted coffee medium to medium fine(pour over range)
Add coffee, shake and level.
Add paper filter on top and push down with twisting motion.
Add another paper filter on top, ensuring it touches the puck.

Add 27g room temperature water. let the ground soak 10-15s until no water column above the top paper filter, no liquid should drip.

Add 47g boiling water.
