Tips & Preparation
- The Origami Dripper is made of Mino Porcelain.
- It has 20 ridges that create air channels for even water flow.
- It can use V60 or Kalita Wave filters.
- This recipe uses Hario V60 filter paper.
- Grind coffee medium-coarse.
- Use natural processed Ethiopian Guji Shakiso coffee beans for best results.
Recipe Steps

Heat water to 92°C and preheat the Origami Dripper with 100g of water, then discard the water.

Grind 20g of coffee and place it into the Origami Dripper, level the coffee bed and make a small hole in the center.

Pour 100g of hot water to bloom the coffee, starting from the center and spiraling outwards.

Pour another 200g of water in a spiraling motion until the total water weight is 300g.

Remove the Origami Dripper from the carafe to stop the brew.
