- Extraction levels should vary between 22%-24.5%.
Recipe Steps
Grind 20g coffee and pour into the V60.

Pour 60ml of water and immediately spin the bloom aggressively.

Pour water until a total of 200ml.
Do a very gentle spin to fill in the ribbed channels.

Wait until the slurry is 70% drained, then pour again until 330ml and do another very gentle spin.
