Key notes:

The recipe uses an OXO brewer, referred to as a 'soup machine'.

Coffee: Black Moon Anaerobic Natural Chiroso and Hacienda Barbara Honey Gesha just dropped on Picolot.

Paper filter sandwich: top & bottom paper filter, coffee, and then top paper filter.

Water temperature: around 93.3°C (93.3°C), the lower temperatures can compensated faster pumping speed.

The concentrated brew can be diluted with water to taste.
Recipe Steps
Put bottoms filter, Rinse the filter.
Dump 20g coffee in , shake and tamp.
Put a top paper filter.
0:00
Pour 100ml water all at once.
Screw the top pump part.
Pump as fast as possible until done.
Soup is ready, dilute if needed.
