Preparation:
- Requires AeroPress with flow control cap
- Grind coffee finely.
- Melted ice balances the coffee concentrate.
Recipe Steps
Heat water to 93.9°C (94°C). Weigh and grind 16g of coffee (fine grind). Put filter in flow control cap and cap the AeroPress. Place AeroPress on the carafe.
Load coffee into the AeroPress. Break 100g of ice into small chunks and put them in your carafe.

Fill AeroPress with 150g of hot water. Stir well and let sit for 2 minutes.
