Notes:
- Finer grind size than traditional French Press.
- Requires good coffee, relatively soft water, and a clean French Press.
- Increase the coffee dose by 15% compared to normal brew ratio (e.g., 1:17 becomes 1:15).
- Decanting the coffee into a separate carafe stops extraction and allows it to cool faster.
Preparation:
- Grind size is similar to Aeropress setting (5.5 on 1zpresso K Max or 20 clicks on comandante).
Recipe Steps
Fold a paper filter put in to French Press, use hot water rinse & preheat
Scoope the wet paper filter out into a cup to cool down, dump the preheat water
Add 22g of coffee to the French Press.
Pour 330ml of water into the French Press and stir well (8 times back and forth, reaching the bottom).

Squeeze water out of the wet filter, put it on the plunger
