- Grind: Medium/Filter
- Quantity: 1 cup (16g coffee to 230g water)
- Infusion Time: 1 minute
- Water Temperature: 93°C
- For the XL, use 32 g of coffee to 460 g of water, finish the plunge at 1:50
Recipe Steps
Weigh 16 g of coffee, and grind medium. Place a filter in the cap, screw it onto the chamber, and rinse with hot water.
Add coffee to the AeroPress chamber, set it on a cup or server, and tare the scale.

Pour 230 g of water, swirl to mix with coffee.
Insert the plunger and pull up slightly to create a vacuum, preventing it drips.

Remove the plunger, stir, reinsert.

Remove scale, press down slowly, and finish around 1:30.
