Note:
- Steep and Flush method
- Grind size: 750-850um avg (depends on coffee)
Preparation:
- Close valve, cover filter support ridges with water, place filter, open valve / drain base, insert barrel, close valve
- Total brew time: 3:30 - 4:00
Recipe Steps
Add coffee
0:00
Add approximately 100g water at 94°C (WDT)
Pour up to 200g (Immersion)

Swirl
1:45
Open valve to 1:30 o'clock
Cool the kettle to 87°C, wait for draw-down
Pulse the remaining 140g (keep the slurry near 1 cm)
