Tips & Preparation
- Pouring fast on Z1 increase the coffee dynamics.
Preparation:
- Used high quality washed coffee.
- Grinder size: 6.5 on Timemore 078.
Note:
- As you pouring, you will see the column of water above the coffee bed is getting clear and clear, to get good extraction rate.
Recipe Steps
Flatten the coffee ground bed in Z1.

Pouring 60g water (94°C) very quickly(in 7 secs).
Wait for 1 min.

2nd pour 40g water with quick circle.
Then continue the pouring from center, but very slow to match the speed that water is draining, keep the water level(2-4ml/s).

Until hit the brew ratio.(to 255g total weight)
