Tips & Preparation
- Uses Orea O1 dripper with flat filter or wave 155.
- Grind size: Comandante C40 Mark III at 32 clicks (coarse).
- Aim to avoid clogging and slow flow.
- Multiple pours to refresh water and control extraction.
- Can adjust grind size finer for more intense coffee or increase water dose for weaker, more extracted coffee.
- Can up dose to 16g with 250g water for higher intensity, reduced extraction, and highlighted acidity.
