- Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 25g coffee to 200g water, plus 60g water for dilution.
- Water Temperatures: 1st Pour: 70°C, 2nd Pour: 90°C, Dilution: 70°C.
- Uses a funnel easily found in everyday kitchens.
Recipe Steps
