Tips & Preparation
- Adjusted based on Patrick’s April Recipe
- Less balanced compare to stock April Recipe, it bumps up the acidity, more vibrant
- For light roasted wash coffee, not suitable for processed coffee
- Use newer April filter rather than Kalita filter to avoid the potential clog
- If use Kalita filter, grind more coarse

1st pour 50g circle pour, pouring fast
Let it sit, bloom

2nd pour: 50g circle

3rd pour: 30g circle
4th pour :70g center(no wait, right after 3rd pour)
After 4th pour, Let it drip over
