Variation or Adjustment:

  • Adjust grind setting based on taste: finer for thin/weak, coarser for bitter.

Notes:

  • Water temperature is 96°C from the Uber boiler, resulting in approximately 92°C during brewing.
  • Stirring affects extraction: 3 stirs every timefor consistency.
  • Press all the way through for easier cleaning.

Recipe Steps

timeRinse paper filter with hot water before brewing. Grind coffee and add to the Aeropress.

Attach the plunger and press into a large cup or pitcher by using your body weight, For approximately 30 seconds.
