Variation or Adjustment:
- Adjust grind setting based on taste: finer for thin/weak, coarser for bitter.
Notes:
- Water temperature is 96°C from the Uber boiler, resulting in approximately 92°C during brewing.
- Stirring affects extraction: 3 stirs every timefor consistency.
- Press all the way through for easier cleaning.

Attach the plunger and press into a large cup or pitcher by using your body weight, For approximately 30 seconds.
